Burrous Brothers has consistently received the highest ratings from the Bay Area Consumers’ Checkbook, a non-profit consumer magazine that rates Bay Area services. Since 1987 they have rated Bay Area carpet cleaning firms four times and in 1987 we received the highest overall rating of all the carpet cleaning firms rated. In 1994, we were the only firm to receive 100% in all categories (no other company has ever before or since ever received such a high rating), and in 1998 our company received the highest rating of all the carpet cleaning firms rated in the Bay Area. Again in 2003 we received a top rating.
